Her work turns on the colours of Mexico and how they live in the memory of a Mexican childhood. Years in Hong Kong, Brussels, Madrid and Monterrey sharpened that palette. Since 2020 she has developed her own method of contemporary abstract drawing, a process so uncertain that most pieces are destroyed and only a few leave the studio.
